Full House! magazine achieves highest ABC increase across real life weeklies

Full House! magazine posted the highest period-on-period and year-on-year ABC increase across the women’s
traditional weekly title sector with the official release of the new ABC circulation figures today.

The new Full House! magazine ABC for July to December 2009 was confirmed at 180,070, which represents a
period-on-period increase of +32.8%and +43.5%year-on-year increase. By comparison, the women’s traditional
weekly sector performed +5.2% period-on-period and +2.9% year-on-year.

As a result of the relaunch of the magazine in April 2009 and the new permanently-reduced cover price of 50p,
year-on-year UK news-stand sales have increased by an extra 53,587 sales per issue.

Full House! magazine did not take part in any multi-pack offers, unlike a number of its competitors during this ABC period, which makes the magazine’s performance even more impressive.

Editor Dave Claridge said today: ‘Our fantastic ABC performance is the culmination of an exciting year of change at Full House! and we are absolutely delighted with the latest sales figures. It totally vindicates our decision to relaunch the magazine to meet the needs of our readers today, and they’ve shown how much they love the added quality and value that we’re giving them. Our strong sales momentum continues into 2010 with some impressive sales already reported for the year.’

Luke Patten, Managing Director of Hubert Burda Media UK, publishers of Full House! said: ‘Readers have really
warmed to Full House! since the relaunch, and we have made tremendous and consistent gains. Advertisers will be
assured to see this is an ABC without gimmicks – no multi-packs, bulks or price offers – just pure full- price news-stand circulation sales.’
